The Apex Marketings Process

Every engagement at Apex Marketings runs through the same four-stage process: Discovery → Strategy → Launch → Optimization. This page explains what each stage produces, what we need from you, and how long it takes. Procurement teams: this is the document to share with stakeholders.

Stage 1 — Discovery (1-2 weeks)

A paid sprint (USD 500-2,000 depending on scope) that produces a written marketing audit, KPI plan, and 90-day action plan. Output is yours regardless of whether you proceed.

What you do: share access to existing analytics, ad accounts (read-only), and current marketing assets. Typical commitment: 3-5 hours across 2 calls.

What we do: audit current performance, interview key stakeholders, analyze competitors, identify quick wins, draft KPI targets, propose channel mix and budget allocation.

You receive: (a) written audit document, (b) competitor benchmark report, (c) channel-mix recommendation, (d) 90-day action plan with milestones, (e) fixed-fee or retainer quote, (f) named strategist + team.

Stage 2 — Strategy & Setup (1-3 weeks)

After contract signing, we build the campaign infrastructure: tracking, landing pages, ad creative, content templates, email flows. This is the foundation work that makes Stage 3 productive.

Typical Stage 2 deliverables:

  • Analytics setup: GA4, Meta Pixel, GTM, server-side tracking, custom dashboards
  • Ad accounts setup: Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, with proper conversion tracking
  • Landing pages: 2-4 dedicated landing pages per campaign goal
  • Initial creative: ad copy, ad creative (image / video), email templates
  • Content briefs: 2-3 cornerstone SEO articles outlined and ready to write
  • Reporting: dashboard URLs, weekly status format, KPI definitions

Stage 3 — Launch & Execution (ongoing)

Campaigns go live. We monitor daily for the first 14 days to catch and fix issues fast. After that, we run weekly optimization cycles.

  • Day 1-14: intensive monitoring — daily check-ins, immediate fixes
  • Day 15-60: weekly optimization — kill underperformers, double down on winners
  • Day 60+: bi-weekly optimization rhythm with monthly strategic reviews
  • Continuous: creative refresh every 14-30 days, A/B tests on landing pages, content cadence

Stage 4 — Optimization & Scale (Month 3 onwards)

Once campaigns are stable and KPIs are tracking, we shift to compounding gains: scaling winning channels, expanding to new ones, refining attribution, raising LTV through retention loops.

Typical month 3+ activities:

  • Scale winning ad creative + audiences
  • Launch retention loops (email, SMS, retargeting)
  • Add second/third paid channel once primary is profitable
  • Build content engine for compound SEO growth
  • Refine attribution model (server-side tracking, view-through analysis)
  • Quarterly business review with strategic roadmap update

Frequently Asked Questions

Can we skip Discovery?

Only for very small projects (under USD 1,500). For everything else, skipping Discovery is the #1 reason marketing engagements fail.

What if we need to change scope mid-engagement?

Change Order: documented impact, new timeline, new budget, your approval. Most engagements have 1-3 Change Orders; that's normal.

How do you handle disagreements?

We surface disagreement explicitly with 2-3 paths forward and our recommendation. If unresolved, the engagement contract includes a step-up procedure.

Can we visit your office?

Yes. Our Rawalpindi office welcomes client visits. Most Pakistani clients visit during kickoff. International clients usually meet via video.

What happens at the end of the engagement?

Handover documentation, account credential transfer (your accounts stay yours), 30-day support window. Many clients renew; that's fine. Some take it in-house; that's also fine — we don't hold you hostage.
